PoppE is now open for registration. If you would like to register for PoppE, please click on the ‘Register’ button in the menu and follow the instructions.

PoppE is a unique way for companies and individuals to show their support for The Royal British Legion’s annual Poppy Appeal and make a donation. PoppE is a simple HTML email signature which displays an image in your company or individual email signature.

The PoppE image is a single .gif image with a link back to the Poppy Appeal website and is under 0.5KB in file size. The PoppE signature sample above is an example of how PoppE will appear in your email.

At the end of the PoppE period, the image will be turned off and replaced by a blank .gif image and an email will be sent requesting that the PoppE signature is removed from your company email.

It couldn't be easier!

Here are some of the ways that your money will help.

  • £20 could help towards providing skilled advice and an hour's legal representation at a Disability Allowance or War Pension tribunal.
  • £75 could help towards providing a fresh start for an ex-Service man or woman so they can them adjust to life outside the Services
  • £250 could buy an emergency lifeline alarm for an elderly ex-service person or their spouse
  • £360 would give a frail ex-Service veteran a much needed break at one of our Poppy Homes
  • £800 could provide a severely disabled person and their carer with a much needed welfare break.
  • £1000 would give a bed-ridden resident of one of our homes a special mattress to make daily life more comfortable
  • £2000 could purchase an Electrically Powered Vehicle or scooter to give elderly or disabled veterans back mobility and an independent life
